Eng. Eman Al Shbail
Senior Energy Specialist
Eng. Eman Al Shbail is a senior energy specialist working at the Royal Scientific Society/ National Energy Research Center. She graduated from Yarmouk University-Hijjawi Faculty as an electrical engineer.
She has been working in the field of new, renewable energy & energy efficiency for +17 years as an energy specialist in which she participated in conducting several renewable energy & energy efficiency projects in Jordan.
She worked as a project manager for the EU- ENI CBC BEEP project (BIM for Energy Efficiency in the Public sector) in Jordan. Which extends from 2019 till 2023 with 8 partners from the EU and the region (Italy, Spain, Cyprus, Palestine, Lebanon, Egypt).
She manages the quality system of NERC since 2015 till now; with deep experience in ISO9001 & ISO 17025.
She holds the following certificates: Strategic Planning, Project Management, Risk Management, Geographic Information System (GIS), ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 17025, Certified associate value specialist -Save International, RETScreen.
